The Walking Dead and Supernatural star Jeffrey Dean Morgan has revealed that he really \u201cwants\u201d to play Arthur Morgan in a live-action adaptation of Red Dead Redemption.<\/p>\n

He revealed his desire when asked by a fan at a recent convention.<\/p>\n

Although he\u2019s got his hands full as Negan in Dead City, he says if the \u201cstudio called\u201d him, he\u2019d say yes.

\u201cWould [you] be interested in ever playing a TV adaptation of Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption?\u201d an audience member during Jeffrey\u2019s panel asked him.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh f***, that\u2019s the one I want to do!\u201d Jeffrey answered while filled with instant energy.<\/p>\n

He went on to say that it\u2019s \u201cnot even a question\u201d, he wants to do it, and as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

He added: \u201cOne, I mean the only genre\u2026 my favourite genre is western.\u201d

\nThere\u2019s not even a close second.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy son plays that game,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it\u2019s freaking awesome!\u201d<\/p>\n

He then joked that he would even do it for \u201cfree\u201d, telling the crowd he\u2019d do it in a \u201cheartbeat\u201d, however, he jokingly added how he wasn\u2019t being serious about the \u201cfree part\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t actually f***ing tweet that out,\u201d he joked to the crowd, erupting them with laughter.<\/p>\n

So when the studio call, \u2018Well, we heard!\u2019, and then I\u2019d be like, \u2018Okay\u2026’\u201d he continued to joke.<\/p>\n
