In addition to Bertinelli\u2019s speech, we can hear a swishing sound as she walks throughout the video.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m giggling because I had a small, hidden bruise activated today,\u201d Bertinelli said. \u201cMy jeans are rubbing together, creating this particular sound, so you can probably hear them.\u201d As she moved, her pants made a swishing noise.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/buzzflash1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2-min-64-295x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/buzzflash1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2-min-64-295x300.jpg 295w, https:\/\/buzzflash1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2-min-64.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 295px) 100vw, 295px\" \/><br \/>\nBertinelli claimed that she \u201cstopped wearing\u201d these particular pants due to being \u201cmercilessly mocked\u201d by an ex who used to remark that if she weren\u2019t so lazy and lost weight, her pants wouldn\u2019t make that noise.<\/p>\n<p>Later, Bertinelli clarified what she meant when she said a \u201chidden bruise.\u201d In her words, \u201cHidden bruises are something that emotional, verbal, and mental abuse does to you that people can\u2019t see.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe work I\u2019m doing on healing is working, so it\u2019s now making me laugh,\u201d she continued. \u201cI put these jeans in storage for good. After working to cure her concealed bruise, she can \u201cwear them, hear that sound, and to me, that sound represents freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bertinelli noted at the end of her article that she was afraid to publish this video because she anticipated comments asking her to \u201clet go of it\u201d and \u201cmove on.\u201d Even so, she uploaded it because \u201cthis is called moving on. We refer to this as healing. And welcome to everyone who can relate to this and feels heard. I am merely another member of your tribe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her video received a lot of positive remarks in the comments section. Healing isn\u2019t linear, as one commenter noted. But look at you!
